If you would like your order delivered outside the UK or The European Union, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You are responsible for any such import duties and taxes.

Returns

How do I return my order?

All items to be sent back to us (including all original boxes and packaging) returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the tag still attached to the scarf.

To return or exchange an item, please don't hesitate to contact Victoria.

We strongly advise that all goods be returned via a recorded method of delivery (i.e. Royal Mail signed for, Royal Mail Special Delivery or via a courier). This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. Victoria Rees will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and you will remain billed for lost items.

Victoria Rees does not cover the cost of returns.
